Rachel has worked in Social Media Management and Content Development for five years.

Her passion began at the University of Cincinnati, when she felt her college program’s marketing was not accurately showcasing the excellence within the program. When she was only 19 years old, she assisted in revamping CCM Acting’s social media, as well as creating a network from the ground up for students and alumni to post job opportunities, current news, and alumni connections.

Rachel has experience in creating an individualized social media approach tailored to each brand, including personalized brand guides. She has ran social media accounts for the film/production industry, food industry, medical industry, education industry, and construction industry, across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.

These insights are crucial for refining our strategies, optimizing content, and ensuring your social media efforts align with your business objectives.

  • At the top of the tier system, Tier 3 offers a holistic approach to social media management, including specialized expertise in online reputation management for your Google My Business profile. In addition to all services provided in Tier 2, I actively monitor and manage your online presence on Google My Business. This involves responding to reviews, addressing inquiries, optimizing your listing, and implementing strategies to enhance your online reputation and drive more positive engagement.
